I have a high-maintenance tenant who complained about an intermittent problem with the kitchen inductive range top. I suspected the problem may be the circuit breaker or the receptacle.
I submitted a job request to Angi and Colin called me back at 9 am. By 10:30 am, he is at my property in El Dorado Hills. Due to a hard-to-find part of my very old electrical panel, he drove to Sacramento to get the part for me. By noon, all problems were fixed. He charged extra for getting the in-stock part from Sacramento instead of waiting for the part to arrive days later. That charge is fair. I will use him again.
