    Excellent got my pool done in 20 days from start to finish. Installer where great, very professional. Overall was a great experience and I will recommend.

    Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Final product is unsatisfactory. They tell you that "you will be swimming in 21 days" yet ours took quite a bit longer with broken promises, no shows, no communication, lie after lie, trashed out our complete back yard, damaged my neighbors landscape, broken sprinklers, didn't put our fence back up, didn't backfill the trench the electricians dug, rude/arrogant customer service, ETC.. acted like your best friend & nearly family when they came to sell the job. Nearly ALL the $ is due at time of delivery of shell so they make it a point to get it in the ground asap. Everything after that is slower than a turtles pace. Have yet to have the final inspection signed off from the city, they failed to complete the pressure test on all the plumbing that was required by the city inspector. The deck around the pool was damaged during the time they put the sealer over it & am told it won't be addressed until his (Kevin) law suit is settled with his concrete contractor. One of his guys defecated 'shit' in our back yard. When I called Kevin to tell him about the crap that was in the backyard he yelled & cussed me saying "what the hell are you talking about, what am I suppose to do about it?" I can go on and on.
    If you don't want to be taken advantage of and have a headache during the entire process, Left with an unsatisfactory job then you should truly consider using someone else!
