Eliseo (owner of InLine Plumbing) and his two helpers came and resolved my sewer stoppage problem. They were very neat and cleaned up when done. They even placed drop cloths over my floors. They did a great and thorough job and I would recommend this company to my friends.

While Eliseo's work may be OK, he is expensive and does not let you know prior to work beginning how much it will cost. He had been to my house before and was reasonable, this time he was not. I hired him to unclog the main line, which he does, but then he starts doing other things that I didn't ask him to do like he owns the house. I thought it was still within the hour, and I mistakenly trusted him. Then he leaves for 30 minutes and comes back, I'm not sure if he went to lunch or what. Then he does a couple of other things and hands me a huge bill. He never once said up front how much anything would cost and he did not give me an itemized bill. Instead, he writes a few general things, then pulls a number out of thin air to charge me. That's unethical. It was my mistake for trusting him, he had been to my house before. Avoid, or get a written quote before you even start. Do not let him do anything other than what's he intended to do. He took advantage of me, and that was wrong. He has lost my business and my family's business.
