I would have these guys back. Clean, detailed, flexible. My wife is not the easiest person to work with, but they handled every situation with attention to detail, and were very professional throughout. They did an addition, and its been a year. I called them back out for some drywall cracks, and they came out two days later and repaired, painted, and did not charge us for the work! Thank you!

I did a commercial project with these guys and they were wonderful. I was always waiting for the shoe to drop and it never did! Their attention to detail was great, and the owner Mr. Hoban was alway on top of it. The men doing the work were very professional and friendly as well. I liked them so much I used them on another project I had at my home and it was done right and on time. I would use these guys again and again.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Innex Construction has worked on 25 permitted projects.
We hired Innex with time and materials. We ended up in court. They never presented time sheets or invoices even though we asked for them regularly. There was always the promise we would get them. Did not want to stop in the middle of the project so we kept going and kept asking. Finally at the end we demanded to see invoices and time sheets before the last payment. None were forthcoming. Went to court and won. FYI, it is the law in ILL that if you hire a contractor for Time and Materials, he MUST provide you with invoices and time sheets on a regular basis. I would never use these people again.
