    Full home renovation, various rooms
    $7,000

    I'm quite new to home ownership and had to essentially remodel my entire home. These guys got back to me quickly with a competitive quote (7000) and were happy to answer any questions I had about interior choices I made for the kitchen and bathrooms (my partner focused more on the exterior components, and seemed pleased!). They were quick and communicative throughout the renovations, and finished with time to spare! If we need any more work in the future, or have any friends who need work done, I know who to call.

    3 large stucco repairs

    I have used Ekram’s company twice, and both times he and his team have done an amazing job! He really blew me away the second time since the whole process was a pain with my HOA. The second time I used him was for a roof leak. He was very professional, responsive and did not put pressure on me for scheduling deadlines and was incredibly flexible when working with me. Ekram and his team are one of the BEST contractors I have ever worked with across all categories of home improvement/repair needs

    Replacing outdated shingle roof

    We hired Ekram and his crew to replace the roof of the home we recent bought. His bid was very competitive and he was very professional and kind. We instantly felt at ease with him. He worked with the guys to replace the roof on our house and detached garage. His crew was efficient and very tidy, cleaned up after themselves everyday, and even left our back patio looking better than it was when they got there! He took care of getting a permit from the city for us which was great. He was true to his word, affordable and completed the job in 4 days. A new roof is a big purchase and we feel lucky to have found Ekram to work with. Highly recommend!

    Build new borders, patch up stucco on the walls

    We recently hired Innovation Construction to paint the exterior of our home, including our back yard patio. All was done to our satisfaction. We appreciated their honesty, great attitude, as well as their level of expertise and professionalism. We also appreciated that a thorough inspection of the house was done prior to painting so as to know where there were any cracks and stucco that needed to be filled and touched up. They were on time every working day, did not waste any time, and finished the whole job in less than two weeks. We are very pleased and happy that we had Innovation Construction do the job!

    Master bedroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms reimagined

    I had 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, and my kitchen remodeled with this company. They did an incredible job and turned a 1970's style house into a modern, gorgeous masterpiece. The employees and workers are very professional, easy to contact, and very responsive to any problems or questions I had about the renovations. They were quick, flexible with my choices of tile, flooring, countertops, etc., and met the initial deadlines they had given me, which was nice and convenient especially because we were not sleeping at home and had to make sleeping arrangements for the meantime. I would 100% recommend this remodeling firm to my own friends and family and will keep them in mind for any future renovations.
