    Mark does good work but he is unreliable. I had the same experience as Heidi, above, even down to being told that they were in the middle of a big job when I first contacted them, except that he never cleaned up after completed my job. I hired Mark because he was a friend of my brother. He did egress windows for me as well, in April of 2015. When the job was done, he left a pile of concrete and dirt in my yard. He has been repeatedly, (at least 6 times), contacted in regards to it, and like with Heidi, he made false promises to show up and then never did. It is now May 2016 and the pile of concrete and dirt is STILL in my yard. I am now hiring someone else to remove it and taking Mark and his company to small claims court. It's terrible to have such talent and skill and be so unreliable. I would never recommend this company to anyone again.

    I contacted Mark from Innovative Construction Concepts, LLC in October. He was friendly and came out to give me a quote for an Egress window right away. I was told they were in the middle of a big job and they had to wait for the permit so it may be 3 wks until they start. They did start 1 month later. While digging the hole for the window they found out my sewer pipe ran across. I was informed that it would be additional money and a new permit would be needed. After waiting over a month (6-8 weeks), they were able to complete the window. It looked great. It was installed by the end of January. Mark had informed me that due to the dirt not fully packed around the well and the cold air he would return when the weather was warmer to finish the cement (on the wall of the house and around the well). I started calling him in mid April since I had not heard from him and then sent an email the beginning of May. I requested the 2nd invoice again (first request was when the window was installed) and also asked when he would be around to complete the job. He emailed back 5/8 and stated he would be by. He didn't show. I sent an email 5/14 and 5/19 since I had not heard from him since 5/8. He emailed me back 5/20 and said he would be by that day. He did not show instead he sent a photo of his truck door and said it broke down and he could not make it. I emailed back that day and reminded him about the invoice. Mark called my cell phone and left a message on 5/22 and stated he would "rent a truck if I have to and be there Monday". Monday was Memorial Day so I did not think he would be there on Monday and I was correct. I emailed him again on June 2nd and informed him I was going to contact the NJ BBB if the work was not completed. No response. So I contacted them. I sent him another email on 6/22 and stated the BBB informed me that he did not respond to them and stated I could go to NJ Consumer Affairs. He finally emailed back on 6/30, said he did not receive anything from BBB but would be at my house the next day (July 1). Then he sent an email stating it would be July 3rd. Today is July 29th, I have emailed yet again. I have not heard from Mark. I still have not received the invoice for the plumber who rerouted my sewer pipe. I would like the information because 1) it is proof the work was done; 2) If anything were to go wrong I know who to contact (I can't get Mark to answer emails now. I wouldn't want to call him); and 3) just for my records. I would not recommend this company due to the poor communication and the fact they did not complete the job as stated. It is a shame because they were courteous, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. I hope this helps you.
