    Stay away from this firm. Not professional, poor communication, and lacking knowledge of the building code, and downright rude. The final design came out different from what we had agreed to submit. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform me and made changes without my consent. And they were unwilling to correct it and just left me in a limbo. I had to find another designer and spend extra money and time to make it good. No refund from them, mind you. Save your frustration and go elsewhere!
