DO NOT HIRE THEM! Kenny and Gina were great to deal with, but it turned out both of them will say anything to make a sale. If you hire them YOU WILL REGRET IT! DO. NOT. HIRE. THEM.

Gina came by over a month ago came out really quick thought i would give them the job. She promised me a quote by the next day still haven't recieved it. I called in they told me that they woud have her email me a quote asap still haven't recieved it . I noticed in the comments she did the same thing with someone else . I see that they did good work for other people but totally ghosted me . So be aware when she tells you that she will give you a quote by the next day.

Innovative Decks was amazing. They were head and shoulders above other contractors we have worked with. Prior to the work, Gina responded immediately when we had a concern or question. Juan would momentarily stop the work on site to ask our preferences on design. We felt we were in good hands from start to finish. We would not hesitate to hire Innovative Decks again. We are extremely satisfied.

I can not say enough about this company! I hired them for a deck and stone patio, I had a lot of quotes but felt innovative decks was the right fit and they were. The crew is AMAZING worth the wait. Clean, and we’re very hands on during this process. Highly recommend.

I would hire Innovative Decks again in a minute. They did a beautiful job on my deck and paver patio. I have had so many neighbors and friends comment on what a beautiful job they did. This has led to several of my neighbors using them also. I read the above unsatisfactory review but had heard to many positive things about Innovative to let it influence my decision to use them. Their designer, Gina, and entire crew couldn't have been nicer throughout my project. Their work is impeccable. I am planning on using them next year to do my sidewalks in pavers.

We had an excellent experience with Innovative Decks. We had them install a paver patio. They had to demo the old deck, remove cement patio (including a dead animal), and remove numerous tree roots. They leveled it, matched it to our existing patio and repaired the shoddy workmanship of another contractor. The staff was very professional and helpful with ideas and did a wonderful job.

I hired this company to build what turned out to be a very expensive room addition. In the end I was ripped off and left with thousands of dollars in repairs and additional contractor work. The owner is incompetent to the point that he can't or won't provide a decent estimate that will be adhered to. Instead he will simply keep adding in whatever he forgot and raise the price to incredible amounts above the original bid. He's difficult to communicate with, not showing up regularly, not listening to concerns and design specifications, and not remembering verbal instructions or requests to purposely do things his way (the easy way) instead of how you, the customer wants it. He cuts corners, is terrible at any finishing work and generally unpleasant to deal with. He forgets a lot of details, so if its not in writing, you're in trouble. Don't rely on his sales person and him to communicate about details. You have to tell them both, separately, about any concerns, changes, etc.

This is exactly what a contractor should NOT be. Don't be fooled by their low prices. The price will grow, the service is terrible as is the final product. Do yourself a favor, avoid the nightmare and go somewhere else where they have good ratings and references. This is not a BBB accredited business for good reasons.
