Innovative Landscape Design, Inc has been such a disappointment specifically because at the beginning of the project they actually delivered on most of the things they promised us and made an honest attempt to collaborate. However as soon as the majority of the project was done they slowly disappeared leaving us with $1000s of damages we need to figure out how to solve. They are now completely ignoring our communication even when it is official warranty type requests. One of the biggest issues is drainage, pool systems, planting and irrigation. Once we paid the final payment we almost did not hear back from them. Our advice is if you want a sustainable landscaping and outdoor area don’t work with these guys.
