Innovative Lawn Sprinklers

On Thursday 6/9/16 Bruce came to repair my sprinkler system and after having some difficulty with a valve, he turned my water off and said he did not have anymore time to work on the valve and would be back later that day or the next day, Friday, to finish the job he started. He could not get the valve he just replaced to work correctly. I paid him and he promised to call me later that evening to tell me when he would be returning to finish the job. He never called. On Friday 6/10/16 I called to confirm he was returning to do the job and Bruce said he would call me back. He never called. On Saturday 6/11/16 I called again and once again he said he would call me and let me know what time he would be coming over to finish the job. He never called. On Monday 6/13/16 my fiancee called Bruce to see when he was coming to finish the job. Bruce told my fiancee he was out of town but would be returning on Wednesday 6/15/16 and would call us then to make arrangements to honor his commitment and finish the job. Wednesday 6/15/16 came and went and Bruce never called. On Thursday 6/16/16 my fiancee called Bruce once again and left a message on his voice mail requesting a call back. Bruce never called. On Friday 6/17/16 my fiancee called Bruce again and left a message on his cell phone requesting a call back. He also sent Bruce a text. He also spoke to Bruce's secretary in the office about the unfinished work at our home and she said she would speak to Bruce and get back to us. Friday came and went and we never received a call back. Saturday 6/18 and Sunday 6/19 came and went and still no response. Now our lawn has had no water for 10 days, I paid for repairs that Bruce never finished, Bruce never returned our calls as promised and my sprinklers still don't work. I paid $401.91 for a job that is not complete and the lawn I paid a lot of money to have fertilized is now brown and dying. I do not recommend this company and am very disappointed in my experience with Bruce and Innovative Lawn Sprinklers. I feel cheated and am angry that I paid for a job that was never completed. Shame on Bruce and Innovative Lawn Sprinklers for taking my hard earned money and not honoring their commitment.
