I purchased a new home in Wynne, Arkansas built by Martin Cook dba Innovative Woodworx, Inc. In the contract, he included a 1 year builders warranty.... Needless to say, after MANY calls & texts, Martin does shoddy, sub par work and DOES NOT stand behind his work. He will give you a date & time to come look at the issues and MIGHT show up but will never fix a thing. Even got a Lawyer involved but he has so many UCC FILINGS against him it is utterly rediculous! DO YOUR RESEARCH!! FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR!!! A man is only good as his word and his means absolutely NOTHING!!
