This contractor provides the best service in the Valley! I actually have a home warranty plan and we prefer to personally call them directly than go through the warranty company. Insane Air is honest, professional, they keep their appointments as promised and in a timely, courteous manner. Insane Air makes certain their homeowner accounts feel just as important as their large commercial accounts. We use them for our annual maintenance check-ups as well as all emergency service calls. I've watched them work under the worst weather conditions with unbearable temperatures well into the night just to make sure they leave only after their clients are safe and 100% satisfied. I feel totally confident in recommending this exceptional contractor to all my family, friends, neighbors and business associates!

Unbelievable! I called Insane Air at 6 pm on a Friday night with an air-conditioning problem. Adam (the owner) answered his phone, explained what the issues might be, and scheduled an appointment. He told me to call over the weekend if necessary which put me at ease in 116 degree weather. Adam and Justin came to my home this morning, as scheduled, and fixed the multiple problems with both units. I am so excited to find a dependable, competent, heating and air conditioning expert. My heating and air conditioning issue began in late November with a horrible company that the home warranty company sent that was out of Nevada. They completely messed up my heat pump. Finally, they assigned the job to Adsm at Insane Air. Thank Goodness! It took a little while for Adan to put together what the others had torn apart but he got us heat and cool when we needed it and now it works great!! Thank goodness for Adam! We had been trying to get our home warranty company to send out a competent contractor to fix our heating problem, and after a few unsuccessful service calls from other companies that only temporarily fixed the issue, they sent Adam Dorris with Insane Air AZ.
Adam is very friendly and professional, and you can tell he has extensive knowledge of the work he does. Not only did he fix the problem, he even cleaned up the shoddy work done by the previous contractors. Never have I received such excellent customer service from a contractor. I'll make sure that my home warranty company sends Adam in the future, to avoid paying for multiple visits from other HVAC companies.

Adam is one of the few that is qualified with both Heat and Air tickets, which allows him to effectively repair Pool Heat Pumps. He arrived when promised, and diagnosed a bad capacitor, and had it fixed immediately, then answered all my questions! If only every service call went this smooth.

Adam is amazing! We went through our home warranty who sent out an ac contractor. That contractor came out to our home three different times because he couldn't solve the issue we were having. He also spent 13 hours working on our system, which was a huge waste of time. On the third visit the contractor said he couldn't figure out what was wrong and told me to call someone else. This was after a lot of money spent and now nothing fixed. I called Adam who came to our rescue! He came right out, diagnosed our system and knew right away what was wrong. He replaced a part and our ac system started working like new. My family and I were so excited to finally have cool air after being in the heat for over a week. Adam is very professional, educated, hardworking and reliable. You can tell that he cares about people and really wants to help in anyway he can. He is our hero and we will only call him from now on with future ac problems.

Insane Air is awesome! Adam made time on a busy day to fit us in and fixed the problem right away. He charged a fair price for the items not covered by my warranty and is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him. I found Insane air through my home warranty company but he will be my first call if we have another issue. Other companies that the warranty service has sent us don't even compare with his customer service and willingness to get the job done right, the first time.

I posted a project on here for an A/C noise on a nearly 20 year old unit.
Adam was the ONLY company to respond to the bid. After talking with him on the
phone, we set up a time and checked the unit out.
Adam checked it out, reattached some insulation that had come loose.
He checked out the whole unit, and we were set.
Honest and clearly an expert in his field.. No up selling or any of that B.S.
i would highly recommend him for any of your HVAC needs.

Adam came through when my home warranty referred me to an alternative contracting company who had several websites created from spiteful customers enraged at their lack of service. They slighted me as well, and I demanded my home warranty company send me someone immediately after weeks without AC in mid-September. Adam did an incredible job and arrived when he said he would, and didn't hassle me at all for things that were not-covered/out-of-plan/etc. that the warranty people often hassle me about.

Now that I have a completely different AC thing going on 6 months later, I am getting the same run-around from my warranty company. I demanded Adam and they say he's contracted with them but they keep sending contractors from other horrible companies that are all fictitious subsidiaries of the same parent-herendous contracting company! What a scam! I would pay out of pocket for Adam any day because he's so awesome. He knows what he's doing and he doesn't play games. When my current warranty expires I will use the home warranty company that Adam suggested because I only want him servicing my AC. In AZ - YOU NEED ADAM.

Amazing. Super responsive and super fast today when we called Insane Air (via Landmark Home Warrantee). Our fried AC motor was no problem for Adam, the owner of Insane Air. He just happened to have an extra motor in his truck. My husband was all smiles when he called 30 minutes later, saying our burnt out unit was replaced. Our home is cool tonight thanks to Insane Air. Not my first experience with the company, Adam had been out to keep us in comfort on quite a few occasions! Just recently though the whole AC/Heat unit on my roof went out, and I was not financially ready for it (luckily I do have a good Warranty company). Adam went out of his way to once again make sure my family and I are going to be comfortable throughout not only this year, but the next upcoming decade!! I couldn't be happier with Insane Air & the owner Adam. My warranty gave me 2 companies to call for a heating problem. I am so glad I got ahold of Adam on a Sat. Left him a message & he called me back & came out that afternoon. He had to order the part but temporarily fixed the problem & it held till the part came in. He was on time every time he said he would be here & always called first to say he was on his way. What a nice young man, I couldn't be happier with him & his service & would recommend him to anyone. He's here when he say's he will be & goes right to work. I will definitely call him when the hot Arizona weather is here to check out my air conditioning system. Thanks Adam for such great service.

We had our new AC installed by another contractor. The install was in a word "horrific". That is when we were rewarded with a visit from Adam from Insane Air! From the moment we met Adam we could tell he was on his game. He looked at our previous install and immediately began to explain how he would fix it. He was hired by our warranty company to reinstall our AC unit. Bottom line, the install was flawless and fit was perfect! Adam was true to his word on exactly how the end result would look and operate. The install was professionally done and I would not hesitate to refer Insane Air to anyone.

Look no further. I have a home warranty company that leaves a lot to be desired. I was contemplating dropping them, until they found my Adam at Insane! After a same day visit (8pm during a heavy rain) he still showed up professional, informative and helpful. I could not be more pleased with that my tenant was taken care of. It is great to have such confidence in a tradesmen when I am 3 states away.

Having Insane Air AZ come to my home was a great experience.
