Inside and Out Property Maintenance

Job to do was cut down one tree and remove, grind stump. Limb out two tress and cable two tree forks. Treat for inspects and fungus ,level yard and reseed. What was done : Cut and removed one tree, leaving 2 ft. stump ,improper limb cutting on the other trees setting up for decay later this spring, poor clean up, no leveling lawn ,no reseeding and will not return my numberish calls. I over paid once the work was started and they never came back. The sad part was Kyle Meyers not following though, miss out on four neighbors removing seven trees .

Inside and out has worked for me several times at many different locations as I am a realtor who works all over the DMV area and they have always done a class A job. 10/10 recommend anything from house to outdoor work. They also personally came to my he and my mothers home to clear a tree out of the yard during the recent snow storm and plow my mothers driveway

Tree cutting and landscaping between Oct 2019 to March 2020. These are the worst contractors, they never finished the job they promised and were well paid for. Of course they always wanted to get paid in advance. Kyle apparently didn't knows that Andrew was asking for payments. They removed some overgrowth that I had asked them not to remove, they suggested a fence for privacy which they put up that wasn't in compliance with county code. We ended up removing it. They never finished fixing brick work around tree, they never finished staking the walkway they started, the also never finished spreading the chips they dumped in out backyard. Last time they were here they said they would be back, that about 2 months ago and not a word. Now I have to hire someone else to finish the job. They did a terrible job.

Kyle and Andrew did an excellent job of felling and disposing of several very large trees on our property. One very large nuisance hickory tree close to our house was topped and removed in pieces. This was challenging, but they removed it in a professional manner that was amazing to watch. The cost was very reasonable.
They readily produced proof of licencing and insurance on request. Very nice people that we highly recommend.

After getting us to pay him in advance, Kyle never took away the tree he cut down, and left a whole bunch of tools and a wheelbarrow in our driveway. It’s been sitting there for about six months now.

I just had the worst experience with Inside and Out Property Maintenance. I hired them to replant some bushes and replace some old retaining walls on my property. After agreeing to text me with brick options they went ahead and purchased something and installed it without consulting me. In addition the work was poorly done - the bricks were placed on top of dirt and not sand and were completely unstable with the locking edges facing up. The front garden perimeter was also incomplete and they promised to haul away some trash in the backyard which they only partially did. While they promised to come back and complete the job they never did-surprise. I am now paying someone else to redo their work. Worst mistake ever!
