Called to have water heaters installed. Scott, the owner comes out and adds on more stuff that he thinks should be done. i call him out on the add on items and price at that point so he calls the city inspectors to try to pile more work on. this must be how he intimidates/harasses his future clients and gains his work. be very careful of this guy and his business.
