If I could give negative stars, I would! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! On June 11th we put in a request with American Home Shield to have someone come look at our system as it was not running correctly. The tech from Integrity Air did come and did repair the issue (replaced a fan part). Things seemed to be okay but then we noticed that the AC couldn't quite keep up with the temperature setting (for example, if we set it at 73, the system seemed to hover around 75/76). So we put in another request for the tech to come back out and take a look. We put the request in on 6/25 and did not get a tech to come out until 6/29. During his visit, he checked the outside handler for a possible freon leak and told my husband that all was good - no leak and freon was full. He then checked the rest of the system in the garage and said part of that system needed repair (I've copied below what he put on the invoice):

After he left, the temperature started to rise. Within hours, our house was at 88 degrees and by morning, it was 90. Our AC was cooling before their tech came and stopped altogether after he left. The only reason he was called back in the first place was to check for reasons why the system seemed to be lagging a bit, not because we had no AC at all. But again, after he left, we had nothing! I started to call Integrity at 8:30am the next morning and continued to call about every 10 minutes but got nothing but an answering machine. I left several messages over the next 3-4 hours. When someone finally called back, they said they could not and would not send anyone back out until American Home Shield approved a new work order: WHAT?!? Forget the work order - you needed to get back out here because my home was at 90 degrees and it didn't happen until your tech messed with it! We could have cared less about that work order at the time - we cared about our animals and our kids spending ANOTHER night at 90 degrees! But again, you refused to come back until American Home Shield 'approved' the work order. Obviously I was fuming - literally and figuratively! So I called American Home Shield who informed me that Integrity had not even submitted it to them -nothing! So at this point, I was going in circles with this company and AHS - in my 90 degree home! We continued to call the office for updates that day and surprise - no answer and no call back. At 4pm I started to get the "We're closed..." message. So I left messages on the 'emergency' line. And nothing! By 6pm we had no choice but to call another company. They came out immediately and the first thing they did was check the freon and guess what? NOTHING! ALL of it was gone because Integrity's tech failed to reseal the system (we have pictures and the other company's written invoice stating such). Because he did not put the seals/caps (I don't know the technical word for the parts but we have pictures of where he left them) back on, ALL of our freon leaked out. This cost us $557.95 - because of Integrity's ineptitude! I understand people make mistakes but for this company to completely ignore us when we called to say something was wrong after he left is ridiculous! They could have sent someone right back out and this would have been discovered immediately. But instead they ignored us. And literally it was DAYS before they called us back - 7/2/20! So we were supposed to be in this house for 4 days at 90 degrees?!? Are you kidding me?!? And then when they did call, it was all about the work order referenced above - not a word about our MANY MANY calls in regard to the system not cooling at all after he left on the 29th and the fact that HE let all the freon out. I was simply speechless...

So a few days later AHS sends a different tech out (very nice guy) and said pretty much everything looks fine - yeah, no kidding. But he did mention he saw the parts sitting out there by the AC (yes, we left them there so he could indeed see them). According to him, we don't even need the work the tech that visited and messed up the first time said we needed. As you can imagine, at this point, our patience has run out. Bottom line is this - THIS company owes us $557.95 for their negligence. I was very much hoping they would do the right thing and simply 'refund' us what we had to pay to correct their tech's mistake. But no - they have now blocked us on Facebook and refuse to answer any correspondence. Wow - so professional! We will not take paying an extra $557.95 quietly; these reviews will just be the first steps we take to rectify this. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!
