The integrity custom homes this builder sucks! their job quality is under average. We are so disappointed their job! The house we bought it's a half million house.
They did not finish their job before closing date and they said don't worry we would come to finish all soon but they did not fix as they promised after closing.
They never even come to check their supplier's jobs before closing date. The final walk through date we walked with dirty house they did not clean anything . How come a brand new house has some leak in the window in basement for both guest bedroom. After they knew about this they should send someone to fix it urgently but it's not. She just sent her husband to take the stickers out and she said just wait for another rain if it would leak again she would take care of it!
This is our mistake to believe their words (Angela and her son Marc) they all lie to us! never done what they promised. DO NOT buy their house it's such a pain and headache! We just love everything in this neighborhood (Hubbard road 66109) unfortunately, we had a bad builder and not professional at all!! If you want to know more in detail please ask me.
We will spread out the word we do not want to see anyone will have a bad experience with a brand new house like us!

I just want to tell people do not buy the houses from integrity customs home because they never take responsibility to the buyers and use poor quality of houses. The warranty is not warranty 1 year at all if you have any issues they always have execute to avoid the warranty ! They are very suck builder and never done what they said before. they are a local builder and not professional about building house at all. The lair family builder.
It's such a nightmare! to buy their house. DO NOT BUY THEIR HOUSE IF YOU DO NOT WANT HEADACHE! I WARN YOU!
