I hired Integrity to pour my patio. They came out promptly and poured the patio within two weeks of hiring him, which was about four weeks faster than the other guys I interviewed. The patio came out ok. Not great, but not terrible. There were some parts of the sidewalk I wasn't pleased with, and they didn't do the cleanest work, leaving splatter all over the foundation and siding.
But the reason they get one star instead of three (which I would rate the actual patio) is everything that happened after the pour. They used a skid loader to scrape off my grass, which they left flipped upside down for about eight days after pouring the concrete. They eventually sent a guy over, but he only flipped about half the sod right-side up and left the rest of it in my yard.
Because they didn't excavate the slope of my yard, the back side of my patio had about a 12 inch drop into my yard, which did not make me happy at all. To remedy this they simply pushed some of the dead sod against the drop-off and called it good. There is still a 10 inc drop in some places. My drain pop-ups were not properly installed and are also sticking up out of the soil (dead sod) about three inches, causing my kids to trip over them. Plus all of my grass died, their equipment destroyed a large part of my lawn, plus a portion of my neighbor's lawn.
I left five messages for Mike over the course of 17 days, none of which were returned. I eventually tried to contact him on his FB page asking him to contact me to make things right, but the message was quickly deleted and no one has called me back. One of his employees contacted me and told me that they knew they did not do a proper job on my lawn, but that Mike forced them on to another job and wouldn't let them return. That may not be true, but Mike refuses to return my calls to either confirm or deny this. I'm disappointed that someone in law enforcement would do this to anyone, much less a fellow LEO. He gives us all a bad name by running a business like this. "Integrity" seems to hold no real meaning for this company.
