I am writing this review to bring to your attention the unethical and troubling experiences I have encountered while attempting to purchase a townhome from Integrity Homes.
Throughout the process, I have been subjected to deceitful practices by the sales manager at Integrity Homes. Despite my clear instructions to replicate the model home and provide me with a final price, I was misled regarding the specifications and the associated costs. It was only later, when pressured to visit the design center, that I discovered significant disparities that would result in an additional cost of approximately $150,000.
Subsequently, my interactions with the preferred lender recommended by Integrity Homes, First Heritage Mortgage, revealed exorbitant fees and a lack of transparency regarding the terms of the agreement. After much insistence, I opted to engage with my preferred lender, only to face further intimidation and unwarranted threats from the sales manager.
The most concerning issue arose when the property appraisal conducted by Navy Federal highlighted a substantial shortfall of $45,000 from the agreed-upon purchase price. Despite my reservations and financial constraints, the sales manager has resorted to coercion tactics, demanding a revised agreement by an arbitrary deadline under the threat of exorbitant penalties totaling $120,772.65.
I am appalled by the lack of integrity and professionalism displayed by Integrity Homes and their representatives throughout this ordeal. I have taken steps to escalate this matter to relevant authorities, including the Attorney General's Office, local Senators, and media outlets to address the injustices I have encountered.
I urge you to exercise caution and vigilance when engaging with Integrity Homes to avoid falling victim to similar predatory practices.
