This contractor is all talk and no action. He will take your money and pretend like he is doing real work meanwhile nothing is getting done. Consumers beware!!! This review is coming from another business owner of Moore Enterprise Properties and we run a respectable real estate company and we got scammed out our money from this guy.

Integrity should not be the name of this company and the one-star rating is way more than what they deserve! This company has continued to give our family the run around. Promises of fixing an issue they've should have fixed, patch fix, no return phone calls. We've tried to work with this company on fixing the issue but all to no avail. Ended up hiring another company to fix what "Integrity" should have fixed!

I GIVE INTEGRITY II A NEGATIVE 5 STARS. THIS COMPANY HAS PROVEN TO BE THE MOST UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. OUR AC UNIT HAS WENT OUT OR FROZEN OVER AT LEAST 6 TIMES THIS SUMMER. EACH TIME I CALL FOR SERVICE (WHICH IS COVERED UNDER OUR CONTRACT) I AM GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. ONCE I FINALLY GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE I AM TOLD THEY WILL BE HERE THE NEXT DAY AT 3. THE FIRST TWO TIMES NO ONE EVEN SHOWED. THEN WHEN WE CALLED NO ANSWER; ITS AS IF THEY SCREEN PHONE CALLS. SO FINALLY WHEN SOMEONE DID COME OUT THEY SHOWED UP AT 8PM WHICH IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. MOST RECENTLY THEY CALLED ME AN 1 1/2 AFTER MY SCHEDULED TIME TO INFOR ME THEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND. AFTER I TOOK A FULL DAY OFF WORK TO ENSURE I WOULD BE HOME WHEN THEY ARRIVED. EACH TIME THEY DECIDE TO SHOW UP THEY DO A PATCH JOB WHICH LAST 3 WEEKS TOP. IT HAS GOTTEN TO THE POINT WHERE WE CAN NOT LEAVE OUR PETS HOME WHEN WE ARE AT WORK FOR FEAR OF HEAT STROKE. OUR HOUSE IS 96 DEGREES INSIDE. IT IS LITERALLY COOLER OUTSIDE. WE ARE FORCED TO LEAVE ALL OUR WINDOWS OPEN AND THE FANS BLASTING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

HE WILL SAY HE REPLACED HVAC UNITS AND THEN YOU FIND OUT HE DID NOT REPLACE IT. THEN ACTS AS THOUGH HE HAD SOMEONE ELSE INSTALL IT. HE WILL WIRE UNITS THAT WILL NEED TO BE REWIRED EVERY SEASON. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU ARE SAVING MONEY. YOU WILL NOT SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, TIME, OR STRESS IF YOU USE HIM. HE WILL TALK YOU IN CIRCLES AND BE YOUR FRIEND UNTIL YOU NEED HIM TO FIX SOMETHING AND HE WILL DISAPPEAR. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY TO PAY OTHERS THAT HE SCREWED OVER AND YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING BACK UNTIL HE SCREWS SOMEONE ELSE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. IF YOU HAVE MONEY YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT AND WANT TO KNOW HOW PEOPLE LIVED DURING THE 1700'S THEN THIS IS YOUR GUY! ALSO YOU WANT SOMEONE THAT HAS HIS OWN LICENSES. A QUICK SEARCH ON THE DPOR SITE WILL SHOW THAT HIS WERE TAKEN AND OTHER COMPLAINTS. DO NOT LET THE 1 STAR FOOL YOU! THAT IS 1 TOO MANY!
