Omar Diaz Hurtado
Owner
We hired this contractor to install flooring tile throughout our new home, including 3 bathrooms. This was surely the worst experience we have ever had with a service provider. Omar the owner, accepted the job, then hired subcontractors to do the work, the shower drain was installed crooked, the drain cover was broken and a screw head was broken off on the drain cap, we were not notified and just discovered the deficiencies. Additionally, a step was not level and a trip hazard, grout was missing in various areas and tile haze shadowed the floors, I needed to hire a third party to clean up their mess!
I asked repeatedly for Omar to correct the problem and he shunned his responsibilities.
