We are a full service company that takes all jobs no matter how big or small. For small jobs that most companies don't want to bother with we happily do. We provide an estimate for these types of jobs but we use a "Time & Materials" method that we calculate by estimating the amount of time it will take to do the job, and adding up material costs to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible.
We never send salesman, when we show up we come ready to start immediately if you choose to do so. Our workers are highly skilled craftsman with years of experience in the trade and are able to tackle just about anything you might come across in a residential home. Another unique feature about our service is when a job calls for a job that require more attention, we'll take any measures we can to assist and protect the property (putting a tarp on a leaky roof, shutting water off to the appliance leaking, sealing off a window or door to prevent leaking, etc). Next we streamline the project or repair by collecting vital information about the project (measurements, type of product the customer wants like paint color or roof shingle type, etc.) and start the process of putting together an estimate. We then introduce you to a contractor we work with that is licensed and reputable (alot of our guys work for these companies and work for us between projects or when they want to pick up some extra hours).
At this point most companies would abandon you, but not us. We stick through and manage the project making it easier and less stressful on the customer. We are there til the end.
WE ALSO OFFER FINANCING. We are approved Indirect Lending Service Providers which means we have lending options that you can access with a credit score as low as 550 without having to touch the equity in your home or any liens on the property. We can help you access from $1,000 to $200,000 in 1-5 days. The money goes to the customer not any contractor so you can deligate it as you see fit and work with whoever you want to work with you are required to be exclusively ours.
Customer care is a big factor in our business. Ultimately it's your home, your life, and your money. We want you to be as happy as possible and can do that because we diversify our income options. This is also why we don't just sub contract; your experience is important, not the check. Quality work at an affordable rate with the customer in mind will make a company more money than bidding big or cutting corners.

This company is truly amazing! I contacted them because my neighbor had told me he had recently gotten work done by them and was really happy. My roof was leaking pretty bad this last storm we had come through Los Angeles. Vertex was able to come out the same day within hours of me calling them and shortly after that i had an estimate for what it would take to replace my roof. They gave me a huge discount off the whole project for being a new customer, and the whole experience was very good. I have had contractors come work on my home before and its like "this is what we're going to do" attitude with them, but not with Vertex. For once i actually felt like I really had options to choose from throughout the entire job. Amazing work! I LOVE THESE GUYS!
