put a bid on a design project that should have included floor plan, all finnishes, detailed cabinetry and tile design, etc. collected 50% upfront. after two months, after several low quality iterations, the only thing that was delivered was a floor full of technical flaws. when were confronted with the delays and quality walked away from the job. the worst service I have experienced in my entire life
