I renovated a 600 sq ft brownstone studio in Cobble Hill. Intrabuild did an amazing job overall. It started with careful planning, material selection, an excellent crew of collaborators. All the works were managed on time, with high-quality finish and design insights. Definitely a great team of professionals !

My experience working with Intrabuild was extremely positive. Nick Chatzigeorgakis, the President, oversaw my kitchen renovation. He kept me apprised of the progress and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. His crew was professional and respectful of the Co-op's rules. My neighbors were impressed with how quiet and neat the workers were. I would definitely use them again.

We interviewed several contractors, but Intrabuild made us feel extremely comfortable and confident that they could deliver on making a wonderful renovation for our restaurant. Intrabuild did an incredible job transforming our space. The quality of work was amazing. We get so many compliments from our customers about the transformation our store got.
Throughout the whole project, they explained everything to us and made sure that we were very happy with everything that had been done. They patiently answered questions and explained what they were doing and why, and when I made special requests or changes, they willingly accommodated us. Nick and Chris were always available on phone/text with any questions or concerns from us and always kept us informed about the process. They were very polite, respectful, clean and careful of their work.
It is not very often that you are able to find a contractor that you can trust. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and highly professional contractor who goes above and beyond Intrabuild cannot come more highly recommended. They are completely trustworthy, very reasonable, incredibly responsive and do great work.

Intrabuild Construction Employees
I connected with Intrabuild in the Spring of 2016, looking for a contractor to renovate the kitchen and bath, along with the electrical wiring, of my 600 sq. ft. studio in upper Manhattan. Although I’m tempted to call it a stroke of luck, the truth is that Intrabuild really outshone their competition from the start. The owner Nick Chatzigeorgakis was so much more enthusiastic and at the same time realistic about what my project entailed than anyone else I came across, it was clear from the first phone conversations that I had found a winner.
This was my first large-scale remodeling project. Nick answered all my questions and concerns about building codes, permits, plans, materials, processes, payment, and everything else with clear expertise and honesty that comes from hard work and experience. He was very open about what to expect at each stage and what was expected of me. When it came time to make decisions about fixtures, appliances, and other materials Nick and his crew proved to be a great source of advice without any sense of pressure to follow their recommendations (though I usually did!)
Nick runs his business efficiently and that was reflected in the systematic, punctual way that paperwork and permits were filed, work crews coordinated, and progress was quickly made. These guys were immaculate about sealing off work areas and protecting stuff. Even the demolition was tidy; throughout the 6 weeks all the equipment and materials were kept neatly organized. Communication on all levels was quick, fluid, and effective.
The results surpassed what I had ever hoped could be done in my apartment! Nick and his team are real craftsmen, highly skilled in their trades and never compromising on quality. I think they all love what they do and take a lot of pride in doing exceptional work. The whole crew– general contractors, carpenter, tile expert, plumber, and electrician – seemed really happy to be under Nick’s leadership. I don’t think you can find a better mix of people anywhere to get a construction project done. They were finished in 6 weeks – exactly on schedule, even with some extra painting work and whatever minor changes had to be made.
When I met with Nick for the final time, he reassured me that if anything was less than perfect he would return to fix or correct whatever was necessary. Throughout the project his passion and dedication to his profession and his business were unmistakable. There are many contractors who can put in some cabinets and appliances for a client. However those who really love their work will put themselves in there as the foundation. Those are the kind of people who make Intrabuild a stellar company in all respects.
I highly, highly recommend Nick Chatzigeorgakis and Intrabuild for your construction or renovation project! Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else!
