This contractor took total advantage of my elderly 92 year old mother. Tried to install a sophisticated heating system in a 1000’ house. Also asked for $16,000.00 down payment which is way over the 10% or $1000.00 mark. He also showed up with illegal aliens laborers for which he does not have worker’s compensation insurance. Also we never saw a work permit. Contract terminated & had to hire another contractor to install a heater which was done correctly. Left my mother with unused ditches in her back yard which she had to pay someone else to fill in. Do not hire this man he is untrustworthy & will take advantage of elderly people for his own financial gain.
