i have lived in my home for two years and in that time have had to insulate my fire box because there was no insulation, my kitchen cabinets were screwed into my master bath drain pipe and my master bath faucets were installed incorrectly and leaked into my kitchen light fixture. In addition to that, the sump pump was not properly drained to the outside. That however was fixed shortly after we moved in.
I had tried for months to contact Dan Derhing about the fireplace, which was under my home warranty at the time, he did not return my calls.
This house is only 4 years old and should not need this kind of maintenance. I would not let Invictus build my dogs house. If I had known they were this kind of company I never would have purchased the house. God only knows what will go wrong next and it is awful to have to live with that feeling.
