We are one of the few smaller companies that can handle just about any renovation or remodeling project from start to finish, turnkey to fit your needs with attention to detail and keeping functionality in mind to fit the space for a well-thought-out project. We also cater to complete additions, basement and attic conversions, detached garages or a ground up rebuild. We have access to a structural engineers and architects at our fingertips to assist in any project. We have a full staff on hand and can handle multiple projects at once and can offer in-house financing and/ or payment plans depending on the scope of the work and/or budget. We are fully licensed by the CSL B, Workmen's Comp. and liability insurance, with EPA certifications with a renovator certificate.

    Dissapointed

    I connected with RTEK and arranged for onsite visit to review plans previously sent. Appointment was a no show. No call. Good luck if this is a pattern of how this company works.

    After interviewing a couple contractors for a kitchen remodeled we wanted to undertake we decided to go with Ippolito Renovations. We were able to see a kitchen renovation done by Rick Ippolito and his crew on a house in our area. We were impressed by the quality of the renovation workmanship. In addition we were able to talk to the homeowners of this renovation project. The home owners were not only satisfied by the outcome of the renovation but also they were very happy with the working relationship they had with Rick Ippolito.

    We subsequently set up a consultation with Rick about our project. After the meeting both my wife and I felt the suggestions Rick had about our project as well as the pride he conveyed about doing a first class job and our having seen a project he completed, sealed our choice that Ippolito was the company we wanted to go with.

    As the project got underway, our confidence in our decision to hire Ippolito Renovations were confirmed. Rick was very open to making the designed decisions that happened along the way a collaborative effort. Another positive part of the project was Rick's crew. They were both pleasant in attitude and trustworthy. Both my wife and I were frequently away from the house at the same time. We felt comfortable about leaving them there without our supervision. They showed up each morning by 8:30am without fail. As needed, the crew also worked on Saturdays to insure the project would be completed by the deadline we wanted.

    The completed project turned out beautifully. Friends and family were impressed by the kitchen transformation as well as renovation work we had Rick do on our adjoining family room.

    While the project turned out to be more expensive than I initially envisioned because of unforeseen structural problems, I feel the price charged by Ippolito Renovations for the project was reasonable and appropriate.

    In summary I would highly recommend Ippolito Renovations for any renovation project you may have.

    We have used Rick for many projects including bathroom remodels at two houses,tile floors and walls, kitchen cabinet refinishing, lighting and plumbing work,
    house siding and painting overall interior and exterior.He is full of ideas and suggestions and has a great color sense. The above work has been carried out over many years and has always been to our total satisfaction. Rick is completely trustworthy and stands by his work.This one contractor covers all the bases, you won,t find better!

    Rick Ippolito recently completed a major renovation of our house for us, and we highly recommend him. He and his team did quality work with great attention to detail. Throughout the multi-month project we found Rick to be personable, easy to get along with and conscientious. He was open to suggestions and communicated well.
