Ok, to be honest, I had to postpone the services of this contractor for financial reasons. However, Rich came to my home, was very professional & patient and, after discussing the repairs needed, gave me a very reasonable quote as well as a start date for the work. Additionally, when I told him that I had to postpone the work, he was sympathetic & polite in his response. To this point, I couldn't ask for any more. This is why I give him 5 stars. I WILL call on him when I am able to reschedule.

We contracted Rich to retile two bathrooms and expand a master bath 400 square feet. Thankfully he brought in Chris to do the tile work as Rich's attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired . The expansion of the master bedroom included building a tray ceiling which would be identical to the ceiling in the sitting area .Rich used extremely cheap materials, knots in wood are coming through paint, rather than use properly sized trim he pieced together trim and uses caulk to hide gaps. All trim work needs to be replaced .In addition framing around ceiling is warped .Bottom line ,Rich may be good at small jobs but anything requiring attention to detail, mitering or professional carpentry is way beyond his ability. He uses a helper who has little to no experience .We need to have all of his trim and ceiling work redone. Do your self a favor and pay a little more for competent and professional contractors.
