Never finished because I didn't like their work. 2 years into project less 1000 Sq feet.. We ended up with half a house from original. Agreement was to replace our home after a fire. He used blueprints from 1955. We bought in 2004 with additions. He said that was what the city would allow. The house next door, same fire, same city was twice original size. Really sorry I met Eric.
