    We bought one of the town homes built by him from the previous owner. The builder did not use cement board under the tiles, which keep cracking. These tiles are no longer sold. The basemoldING in the hime is paper and not wood so they crack. They left razors under carpeting that we removed to place wood floors. We could do anything as we are the second owners of the home. Water leaks from the heatpump due to how it was installed. Things look good on the surface. If we had know better, we would not have purchased this home.
