I had a horrible experience. I DO NOT recommend using IR Construction. I worked with Ignacio Romero the CEO. He over charges and for any minor changes and does not deliver. He sub-contracts the work and only shows up for a few minutes. He left without completing the work and never called or showed up again. I had to hire someone else to finish the job. Ignacio's work was poor quality and my new company had to redo and correct his work which cost me extra.
