Owner
Builder is arrogant and has workers that are very sloppy. Construction was quick, but the hassels and short cuts by the builder made it miserable to work with him. He tried to turn our custom home into a spec home and gave us ridiculously low budgets on things like lighting and tile, causing us to have to come out of pocket over $5,000 of our own money. I would never recommend this builder unless you don't care if there is cheap builder grade stuff in your house or you have an unlimited budget. He does not offer a breakdown of bugeted items, so you are just going in blind assuming he is not pocketing extra money. Overall, our house turned out the way we wanted it for the most part, but it was a constant battle with him and a lot of stress along with way.
