By Nancy Y.March 2, 2021New 220 plug in garage and move surge protector$450
Called James on Saturday about putting a 220 plug in my garage to charge my Tesla. He came over in about an hour to look at the job and give me an estimate. Said he could do the job either Monday or Tuesday. Later that day he texted my with the exact price and said he would do the job on Tuesday morning at nine. He arrived on time and completed the job which also included moving our house surge protector to the outside electrical box as there was no room left in the box located in the garage for both the new circuit breaker and the surge protector. He had the whole job completed by 10:15. I highly recommend him.

James made appointment to come next day at noon to fix multiple problems, I made arrangements for boyfriend to drive half hour each way to meet and he sat and waited over a hour. I called James ahead of time leaving VM asking if he were going be running late please give courteous call since someone was going to be driving to meet him. At 12:40 there was still no James, I called no answer leaving another VM. Well after 2:00 he than called having the audacity to say I did not think we had a for sure thing. He than said he would come after I got off work. Made plans to meet at 5:15 called me back to say couldn't be there until 5:30 I said ok. He came in was in a rush. Charged me for a 2 hour minimum was there 46 minutes, wife/girlfriend (not sure) called asking where he was when he was leaving and what was for dinner. I thinking I was paying for a 2 hour minimum had at least that much time asking him about a cord being fixed in my garage ( which I had everything that was needed for the job to be done already) he said he could do it but would have to come back and that would cost me another 2 hour minimum.
If he had came at noon if scheduled he would have had time to do the things that needed to be done within the time I paid for. Than he not only charged for the 2 hours me only getting 46 minutes but the $27.00 that Home Advisor charges him for me contacting him threw them. I got no compensation for my or my boyfriends inconvenience.
I have a few more small things he could do and the garage cord to fix this or make right his wrong like a door bell that does not work and a switch in my kitchen 2 GFI outlets, things that could have been done to take up some more time that I was charged for but he was not professional and in a hurry to end his night and go home. He messed up and should have apologized and made appointment for next day first thing when he had time to spend at my house earning his money.
I think he should make this situation right and come back fixing things at no charge since he messed up so badly on so many different levels.
Not professional at all.

James was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He installed alumicon connectors on all 15 and 20 amp circuits over a three-day period including a Saturday morning to complete the work. He was very flexible with his schedule and communicated frequently. Pricing was very competitive. Highly recommend.
