Terrible experience. 6 months to get basic items completed and is untruthful often.
- Never did my permits though he said they were submitted, only when I called township I found out.
- Schedules work for my home, only to not show up and ghost any calls or texts
- His team is completely mis-managed. His guys often come, they walk around and accomplish nothing. They show up for 5 hours, do 2 hours of work, and leave.
- His subcontractors are equally frustrated and he won't pay them, leaving the customer in a bind.I understand delays, but the lying, the ignoring, and the lack of progress and quality of work is not worth it. I don't think he's capable of finishing the work and if he does I'm looking at over a year at this rate.
I am all for helping out someone who is small business owner but that equal partnership is not reciprocated when he is untruthful and starts to ignore you.
Stay away and go with someone else.

I do not recommend Victory as a contractor for services. Would urge you to stay far away. I've had nothing but problems, lies, ghosting calls. Started my project nearly 6 months ago, my home and storage is flipped upside down, space is unusable, and he provides no updates or shows commitment to completion.
Quality is also terrible. His team is completely in experienced as is he.

THIS GUY IS A THIEF AND SCAMMER. NEVER WORK UNDER HIM. He agreed on a price to work on our home and he agreed on that price. Then he starts finding small small things and asks for more money. He is very immature and he left our house like a mess. We agreed that he would do labor and we would buy material and when we went to buy material he bought tools for himself instead of providing them. At the end he had a tamper tantrum in Lowe’s and got mad and left the job completely. He left Lowe’s went to the property packed his stuff including some of the stuff I bought and paid for and left. Never hire someone like this your asking for headaches even if they’re cheap
