    Should have hired Chris from Iron Ridge Construction, LLC sooner! Everything he does is top notch! We are so thankful to him for the amazing remodel he recently completed for us - 3 bathrooms, 4 skylights, an iron banister, dry walling, electrical work, wood staining and painting. His experience, methods, strong work ethic, and reliability are clearly evident. He is professional, proficient and knowledgeable. We were all clear and on the same page about the projects at hand. Early on he quickly provided a list of previous clients as recommendations for us to contact. His integrity and character are great assets, and his reputation precedes him. We were so comfortable with his personality and background. He exhibited a high skill of flexibility working with us, as we are part-timers in the Utah area. His active listening skills were vital for interpersonal communication, and so important in the contractor-client relationship. He planned ahead and kept us in the loop at all times throughout the project, providing alternative options with any change of circumstances. Thank you so much for your services, Chris!
