We had a lot of work to do - our home needed to be completely remodeled and updated. We had several bids and meetings with various contractors; however, during the first meeting with Alex at Iron River, we knew we wanted him working on our project. We had some "out of the ordinary" ideas and it was a challenge, but Alex made sure it happened! He was always available to answer questions and notified us immediately of any schedule changes, etc. We started this project in the middle of January, which we thought would be a challenge. Alex was able to keep the job running smoothly and we finished the entire project the first week in March!
We completely gutted and remodeled the entire basement and main level of our home. We added a bar, entertainment unit, bathroom, new lighting, flooring, doors and mill work in the basement. We did a total kitchen overhaul on the main level, as well as new flooring, lighting, doors and mill work on the main level. The result was beyond out expectations!
We still have to complete the upper level of our home and we will for sure be using Alex at Iron River Construction!
