    Can I give zero stars?
    After the work was finally finished on our remodel due to major water damage, we continued to find issue after issue. But this one takes the cake!
    The contractor just put sheet rock and insulation OVER our emergency water supply cut off. It would have taken five minutes to cut a hole out. Instead we spent precious time searching fir what happened to it and finally found it under the Sheetrock! Spent 20 minutes tearing it down for an emergency situation after an outdoor pipe busted.
    Horrible horrible.

    I highly recommend Trey Siller as a builder for any new construction or remodel. I have used Ironside Builders for the last three homes my family and I have lived in. I would like to add that Mr Siller built my previous employers industrial warehouse and office space on time and on budget. We are currently under contract for a new build and will continue to recommend his professional services.

    We hired Ironside to build a custom new house in Terrell Hills and are extremely pleased with our home. The project was bid fairly and came in at budget. We’ve done reno projects with other contractors in AH area and this is a rare find. Trey Siller is the owner and was at the job site almost every day coordinating subcontractors and making sure every detail was exactly how we wanted it.

    Build our home

    Trey has been good to us during and after the building process. He would answer his no at all times of the day and night!
    We never had an issue getting a hold of him or when we would change plans he never complained and just did it. Unlike stories I have heard about other builders, he was very attentive.
    He was reasonable and built our dream home in our budget. To make sure this happened he was Generous enough to pay for the last 5000.00 out of his own profits!
    We love America and here People have get to thieropinions, this is ours. Stand up guy!

    Trey has helped me on numerous construction projects. From my personal home in alamo heights, one commercial development at five points area, and another investment property (duplex) the guy really knows his stuff. He has made the construction processes easy and very tolerable. Highly recommend!

    Horrible experience. We hired Mr Siller to renovate a casita. He talked us into firing our architect and then blamed him for all of his mistakes. I don't think he knows anything about building, just because you have a pick up truck and a cell phone doesn't make you a contractor. We've have nothing but problems, leaking roof, carports not built to spec, no slope on roof, shoddy electrical work. He talks a good game, but is unresponsive to problems and doesn't seem to care. He kept promising he would fix the carports, he eventually fixed most of one, but then just stopped showing up. If he had any assets, I'd sue him, but he doesn't and it would just be a waste of time and money. I'd think very carefully about hiring him as you'll have no recourse when he screws up.

    We have utilized Ironside Building Group for multiple projects. First a custom outdoor shed and workshop. Next an extension to our outdoor patio involving concrete and extending a roof line. We hired them to convert an upstairs media room into a top of the line crafting/hobby room and lastly we had an unexpected plumbing leak/insurance claim and had to replace all flooring, gut the kitchen and paint the majority of the home. Every single interaction has been positive. Trey Siller and Ironside Building Group consistently exceed every expectation. Mr. Siller is the consummate professional and his company goes above and beyond. This is who we trust with our home.
