    $700,000

    I currently have a project with this builder that has been going on for 21 months with no end in site. The builder has poor communication skills and avoids providing any responses that involve timeframes or completion dates.
    This project was to be completed in 8-10 months according to the contract.
    The attention to detail is nonexistent by the builder. If the homeowner doesn’t say anything, then nothing gets corrected. So many mistakes and so many excuses are given by this builder. Every home owner within the embers community has nothing but bad things to say about this builder and his work.
    Find a builder that is committed to your project and will introduce you to previous homeowners for their feedback on their project.
