    I would not recommend working with Ironwood. They did have a site manager to keep up with ther subs and the workmanship was below grade for the near million dollar house we where trying to purchase. They promised to make all the repairs before closing and failed big. So many problems and the house was not even clean when the realtor said it was ready to move into. So sad there is no pride in the name or workmanship. Would never buy one of there houses.

    The owner/office of Ironwood is not a customer-facing person and makes it known he does not want to deal with his customers. To his credit, his subcontractors do good work, but as construction winds down, he has shown he has no interest in finishing the small details to complete the job with quality.

    We closed on June 24th and to this day, there are still items we are working to get to close our dealings with Ironwood. Their way of "finishing" a job is to let you know you can close the way the house is or walk away. Anything not in working or incomplete, they push you to file a claim under your 1-year warranty program...and then it is "hurry up a wait" on those companies to get back to you. We are STILL waiting on our screens for the windows, which were an item they noted were included in the sale of the house. It was blamed on the window company but Ironwood accepted the incomplete delivery of product.

    Again, his subcontractors do good work, but so does every other construction company. If you have a choice, and most people do, choose wisely on who you build with. Make sure your construction company wants to deal with people versus half-way checking a box and moving on to the next build.
