The IRT license evidently has been cancelled or abandoned.
Once IRT was paid, they failed to complete the project forcing us to hire a licensed residential contractor to cure the problems. We had to install the deck IRT removed and simply failed to replace. We had to raise the section of the roof that IRT "does that kind of work all the time" and have the area re-coated after it was raised. IRT is sloppy, and performed shoddy work that we had to pay for again to have it done properly. I spoke directly with the Salesman, Jeff Risch and the owner, Chris Lee all to no avail.
