Would not use these guys to build a home. Their communication was very spotty; very rarely did they return a call...... although we were initially looking forward to building with them, our enthusiasm cooled and we parted ways before the home was built due to their lack of involvement. If they could learn to take on less jobs at once then they might be good to work with.

We closed on our loan in January 2021, were told they were getting permits, would be starting in two weeks, and our windows were ordered. After months of excuses and being told they were getting our permits that weekend and starting no later then July, we were told in September that it would be another 16-17 weeks before they could start. This would be a year after our loan closed. We were told to go somewhere else by them. It has cost us more in fees, a lot of stress, and having to start over with estimates. If you sign a contract there is no communication after, only excuses, and no guarantee they will build your house. This has been a nightmare, go somewhere else!
