    Roof and dormer
    $5,000

    Hired to do a dormer and roof. Took off old roof before telling us they needed a permit and then told us we had to complete it without a permit or pay them to replace the old roof only. We specifically told them before the job that we didn't want it done without the dormer and now we are out $5000 with and incomplete job that was not worth the money. Roof wasn't even don't to code and both Issac and his father where both very rude and pushy. They definitely prey on older folks that might not understand or are easily intimidated.

    Replace asphalt shingle roof
    $16,000

    Isaac Holden contracting responded immediately to our request for a new roof when we discovered an imminent leak, thus sparing us trouble with the interior of our house. He and his workers were pleasant, efficient, and completed the work on a large space in two days, including cleaning up and removing all debris. He also included replacing all gutters and pressure-washing the entire house. The price for all this work was more than fair. Several months later we are still extremely pleased with the company’s work, such that we are hiring them for another job. Mr. Holden has our permission to give interested consumers our home phone number for reference. Many thanks to him and his company for their very fine work~jlm

    Roofing repair work, upper porch and railings

    Once the job is complete you can not get in touch with these guys. They prey on the elderly to add work on to the contract. My mother overpaid them by $50.00 and we could not reach these people. Bad attitude when I questioned them on breakdown of supplies and labor. Very pushy. Would not use these guys. Very poor customer service skills. I did not hire these guys, my elderly mother did. HIGH PRESSURE
