We have a house that was time for the outside to be updated. We noticed Isaac s crew working on a new place not far from our home. Gave us a business card and that's how it went.
Very easy to communicate with. We had a 10 min discussion on what we were thinking ,and he knew exactly what we wanted. Just as the other reviews have mentioned, they arrive early and actually work.... We are extremely happy!!
We highly recommend there work... Our house speaks for it self.
You may call me anytime if you have questions about whether to use them or not..

Mr. Lapp and his crew put a gloss back, metal roof on our house which has various roof angles and a cupola on top. Great job!!! Also, we have a wood railing above the garage and a curved railing above the front door. They took both down, repaired them and put them back up on the metal roof. I think there was 5 crew members. They took only 2 days, arriving early and rarely stopped, very short breaks. I never saw any of them not working. I just recommeded Mr. Lapp to a friend of mine who is replacing their roof. I can't say enough good things about how happy we are with his work.

Would absolutely recommend him! Constructed a new 900+ sq ft garage. Built everything to our requests and did it in the time he said he would be there. Totally reliable and trustworthy. He took care of getting all the materials other than what we offered to provide.

By Donald R.January 9, 2017Construct a Covered 12X20 attached porch on a remote cabin.$1,800
I had a great experience with Isaac, and his crew. I had a 12X20 Roofed porch and he sat down with me and figured out all of my materials out for the porch and I took this bill of materials to Home Depot and secured the material, and made coordination to have the porch constructed. The project was attached to an older State Leased hunting cabin of mine, and coordination was made between he and I for the date of construction, and I picked him and his crew up with his equipment at his company HQ;s and took them to my cabin the project took 11 Hrs, from nothing to completion, and under roof. Great crew, and super work ethic, as well as great job. I will coordinate with him for additional work. This year. Donald Robblee, Boiling Springs, PA.

First, the firendliness and craftsmanship of Isaac's crew was great. We had them put a roof on our old home and the hired them to build a new $400,000 home. I loved going to the job site to see their work each day. Things turned sour in the end though. We signed off on the final disbursement with the bank under the promise that the remaining bills would be paid and credits given where work was not completed under the contract. Isaac kept thousands of dollars of our money and didn't pay a few subcontractors at the end of our build which left us to pay people. We didn't feel right leaving small businesses out in the cold, even if he did. When I contacted him, Isaac threatened me and refused to pay the bills. I then took some time and made a factual list of the bills he owes in the contract and contacted the bank. He then had his driver send me a picture of a written bill that he believed showed why he could keep nearly $1000 of unused money in the contract for our countertops and garage doors but failed to even mention the subcontractor's issue. He then tried to claim we had added to the drawing in his office after the contract was signed and we owed him money. It was really sad to see things spiral quickly. There are two sides to every story so please ask him the other side if you want to hire him. Our home is beautiful, it is a shame we couldn't end on a happy note with Scenic Mountain.
