    New furnace and ac unit
    $6,500

    Very similar to the above complaint. Always busy and something about his kids been in the hospital. And most of the time he won’t answer your phone calls. Also I had just found out his contractors licensed with Washington state was suspended. Installed a new furnace and ac that had multiple issues. These supply house needs just stop selling him these systems. Which clearly his no longer a licenses contractor.

    Install new heating system
    $11,200

    Chris gave a good quote and collected $8400 to purchase materials and get started on our new forced air heating system. He missed multiple appointments and told us his child was in the hospital. To of his workers showed up for a few days before Christmas and installed some of the duct work and then no contact for a couple weeks. Chris will not answer phone calls and his voicemail is always full. He sometimes regards to text if at all. He was supposed to come today. He texted that his guys were 5 minutes away and still no showed. This has been going on for almost two months and we're thinking we will most likely have to get an attorney to get our money back so we can hire someone else. I read a review on BBB with an almost identical story https://www.bbb.org/us/wa/lacey/profile/heating-and-air-conditioning/island-mechanical-llc-1296-1000036167/complaints. My friend who recommended him had him install a new boiler for her radiant heat system and three months later still doesn't have heat in her house. Save yourself the headaches and hire someone else. I wish I had.
