In April I hired KC/ IPE to do a total rehab on my home.
(Electrical, plumbing, demo, roofing, drywalk, stucco, bath and Kitchen remode).
Willie the project manager is a no noncence straight forward professional man, you can trust he will make sure the job is done right, no cutting corners. I most admire the clean and organized job site. So far things are running smothly and on time, I'll post again as the job progresses. Very happy so far.

I hired Willie to help me out when the last electrician took my money and ran off with it without finishing the job so I had areas of my rental house that had no power. Willie rescued me and completed the electrical panel and said "how does that guy sleep at night". He knows like I do there are people who can screw in a lightbulb and call themselves an electrician. Willie is common sense, he's thorough and he's quick. He also installed 2 new exterior fiberglass doors and 2 closet doors and 2 ceiling fans and cleaned up dangerous fire hazard electrical cords hanging. Keep Willie on your speed dial. I guarantee you won't be sorry.
