    Roof replacement

    Island roofing been dragging their feet on repairs and have left several ceilings cracks throughout my house after workers pounding on roof, ripped several pool screens on cage , left clothes dryer vent completely unalligned allowing hot air into my attic, outdoor electrical outlets were also damaged any not replaced by workers. This has not yet been resolved and they are denying repairs. Never use them!

    It is with great pleasure that I write a review for ISLAND ROOFING and a heartfelt thanks to the account representative that handled the claim from inception to completion, Mark Burger. I live in Valencia Lakes at Orange Tree and my roof, along with many others in the complex, sustained considerable damage as a result of Hurricane Irma. I set about requesting quotes from three roofing contractors in what my neighbors were describing as an arduous, frustrating, experience. There was no contest in selecting a company after I saw the quotes because the information from ISLAND ROOFING was head and shoulders above the other two. The material was compiled by Mark after he conducted the inspection and his expertise in the trade was clearly reflected in the information he presented me. The thoroughness and attention to detail was most impressive and I filed a claim with my insurance company in late September. Mark was the interface between the the insurance company and us and he obtained an approval within three weeks. I firmly believe that the quality and professionalism that shone through the information he presented to the insurance adjuster was a critical factor in the quick turn around and acceptance. Mark was very focused and customer oriented throughout the process and turned a seemingly daunting task into a smooth, well coordinated process. Mark was always easily available and he delivered on all timelines and commitments. He kept me apprised every step of the way and he personally inspected every phase of the process after completion to ensure that the quality of the work and materials used were the best. He said we would have a new roof by Christmas and that commitment was completed as promised. I simply can't praise Mark enough and I highly recommend ISLAND ROOFING without equivocation whatsoever to anyone in need of a roofing contractor.
