They were very polite and patient with me. telling me ahead of time what changes will be made and they did a great job in the renovation. They were diligent in getting the job done and did a great job. They would ask a lot of questions to be sure the everything was being done the way I wanted it done.
The only issues I had was they are so much in demand that they had to come to the house in the afternoon sometimes and stay until 8PM. The project lasted 3 weeks but definitely worth the wait.

I would not recommend Ismasol Contracting LLC to anyone. The owner Ismael is unprofessional and dishonest. We had an agreed contract so I thought. He was to repair my roof, install outside bathroom ventilation for the 2nd and 3rd floor and also seal the outside windows for all three floors of my multi unit house. He was referred by a family member to me. Therefore, I felt comfortable hiring him. I paid him half of the job upfront. He asked for the remainder a day before completing the job stating he needed to buy a couple of more things. I gave him the second deposit not realizing that I would never see him again. He has been ignoring my calls or telling me that he’s going to stop by to finish the job. I have not heard or seen him since. I am so disappointed with myself for trusting someone that was referred to me by a family member. I dislike the fact that I see that he receives my text messages and calls but just ignores me. In addition, his crew broke my driveway camera and didn’t say anything. They must have thrown it in the dumpster with the other materials. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ISMAEL TO ANYONE.
