In early May I lost some roofing shingles during one of those wind storms. I called ISP roofing and Juan Carlos, the roofing supervisor, came the very next day. He told me my roof had wind damage and I should file a home owners insurance claim, which I did. I would not have thought to do this without Juan suggesting that I do so. as far as I'm concerned it is because of him that I now have a brand new roof which was covered by my insurance, minus the deductible! And all I had to do was make one phone call! Even without the insurance the price for replacing my roof was very reasonable.
We scheduled the roof replacement which took place on June 3, 2025. ISP took care of all of the paperwork with the insurance company, I just signed over the insurance checks to them. The work crew arrived very early on 6/3. the first thing they did was to move all of my benches, chairs and flower pots away from the house, then they dropped protective plastic over the entire house which they used to catch all of the roofing material they removed. They worked through the entire day and were done by 6 PM. I was not home when they finished, but when I came home later that evening everything was back in exactly the same spot they were when the crew arrived. Not one nail or debris in my lawn or driveway! Except for the dumpster, which they removed the following morning, you would not know that I had roof work done!
Juan Carlos was very responsive to my many phone calls and answered all of my questions as we went through this process. I highly recommend ISP for any roofing problems one might have.
