I paid approx $17,000 for a new patio and pergola to be done. It took them over 6 b months to finish the work and 3 months later I had chipping with the patio trim around the entire patio. Called and was told they couldn't do repairs till the weather was better. Called back a couple of months later and was again told of weather delays. Now that weather has cooled (-8 months later, they aren't returnng calls, emails or facebook messages.
