I hired Nathan from Ivy Builders to remodel and update my guest bathrooms and my kitchen.

From the start Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable. He even offered me a lot of his design help and background when shopping for all the finish materials. I was quoted about 8 weeks to complete my 2 bathrooms and kitchen (full gut remodels) with permits inspections etc. and we were right on track, 8 weeks and 5 days to be exact!

The crew was very professional and surprisingly clean. They were some unexpected items that came up in the course of construction but Nathan and the Ivy builders team were on it and transparent about the changes and the costs that came with it.

Overall, my entire experience with Ivy was nothing short of excellent. I will be hiring them hopefully next year to remodel the final room in My Home the master bathroom, I highly recommend you give these folks a try, they will not disappoint!

Our staircase came out great. There were a few glitches, but they were fixed right away. The project manager was always in contact with me.. He answered my texts quickly, and called when it was necessary. I highly recommend this company.

In a business that I have often found people to be unreliable in, Ivy Builders was just the opposite. Although I believe my job was smaller than some of their others, the Project Manager Zakary was professional, prompt, thorough, and answered all of my questions and many texts :) Their employees did excellent work, Ryan you run a tight ship! Each day clean up was immaculate, and my house looks perfect. I highly recommend and look forward to using them again next year when I have more projects to do

Travis was strait-forward from the beginning; stuck to the quote, and was with the workers almost every step of the way making sure everything was done correctly and to our specifications. We wanted to keep the vintage look of the kitchen and just remodel certain parts. He didn't try to sway us into a whole remodel and was very supportive of the idea. We have worked with a number of contractors over the years, but Travis and Ivy Builders were different. There was a level of pride and accountability that I have not experienced before now. The crew would clean up after each day of work, which was very helpful given we did such a major renovation.

The transformation of the house is incredible. We removed interior walls, added a shower to bathroom, moved the kitchen and opened up 45 feet of bi-fold doors around the new living space. This was a huge undertaking that required new footers and significant structural work. Travis instilled confidence that everything was under control and that he wasn't going to cut corners and jeopardize the integrity of the structure.

We are already saving and planning for the next project.

We hired Ivy Builders to do a complete remodel of our Primary Bathroom with one catch: I was 6.5 months pregnant with twins and we needed it done before I gave birth.
Ivy Builders said they could handle it and we're true to their word. Someone was there, moving things forward, nearly every day.
We even made some last minute additions to the plans (heated floor and towel rack) and they were able to accommodate us and still finish before the deadline.

This was our first experience doing a remodel in LA. Choosing a contractor felt like Russian Roulette, as we were not familiar with any local construction businesses and had heard horror stories from various sources.
We contacted Ivy Builders as they had very good customer reviews on the web. They responded quickly and Ryan was sent to manage our bathroom remodel. He was extraordinary!
I called and texted that poor man morning, noon and night with my worries and he answered back quickly in a kind, knowledgeable and level-headed way. His clear intention was to make us happy with the remodel and it turned out very nicely.
For the client, it is best to go in to remodeling with a clear idea of what you want, so there is little confusion, but there are always a few bumps in the road. Ryan never faced an issue with the remodel of our older home that he couldn't solve.

I was looking to have some re-modeling work done on my house so I reached out to a few different contractors for quotes. Not only were Ivy Builders reasonably priced, they were also the only ones that were able to turn around the quote in the time they said it would take. At that moment I knew they were the company I wanted to work with for my project and am very happy I did. Ryan, the project manager worked closely with me and my wife throughout the entirety of the project ensuring we were happy and kept apprised of all happenings. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in their craft. They made everything a breeze for us, from back office operations to mid-project changes to the scope of work to going above and beyond in their efforts. Even with us adding additional work mid-project they were still able to complete everything on time and we couldn't be happier with the result.

I was really impressed with Tal from the first meeting. He was friendly, and he has a lot of knowledge.
I replaced my roof due to some leaks and general wear and tear. Other contractors who came to give me a bid were pricey compared to Ivy Builders.
Tal and his crew finished everything in less than a week. Great experience.

I planned to redo my garage, but I was really nervous about choosing a contractor. A friend has suggested me to call Ivy Builders, since she had a good experience with them, so I did.
Tal came the following day to give me an estimate, which was better than anyone else. He also seemed like a trustworthy person, so I went ahead and hired him!

Tal and Ivy Builders are the best. I bought a condo in downtown LA and wanted to renovate everything. Tal and his team helped me to completely redo my kitchen (custom cabinets, backsplash, island, etc.) and two bathrooms (marble countertops, new tiles, glass shower/bathtub doors, etc.). They also took care of all the electrical and plumbing aspects (dimmers in bathrooms are a MUST!). Tal was very professional, honest, and responsive. We were in touch almost every day and he kept me up to date on the status of everything. The renovation process was very long and there were unexpected complications but Tal made sure everything worked out and I could tell he genuinely cared. Everyone that comes over to my place LOVES how everything turned out, especially the exquisite tile work in the bathrooms. I've recommended Tal and Ivy Builders. to so many of my friends and will continue to do so because they are amazing.

We chose Ivy Builders for a large kitchen and bathroom project that took 2+ months. It was a fantastic decision because Tal treated us like family, was incredibly communicative, and his teams were all very professional, kind and did a fantastic job. We just bought our home summer of 2018. And new we had some remodeling to do. We've never done it before so starting something like this has always been a fear of ours. We made an appointment with The Ivy Builders for an evening time as that was our only availability and they were totally ok with it. Tal arrived at 6 pm as scheduled ready to serve our vision. We decided to start with our master bathroom and kitchen. Tal went through many pictures of previous jobs he has completed. We defiantly knew this is the guy and company we are looking to work with. Tal was slightly pricier than his competitors but we knew you get what you pay for in this industry. We love our new bathroom and kitchen and can't wait to save up and completed our remaining 2 bathrooms within a few months as well. Thank you for a great first construction experience.

We called Ivy builders for the kitchen to renew. They came over checked our dimensions and asked in details what we are expecting. They gave us many new ideas and improvements that we didn't know existed. Then they gave us an offer that we surprised it was below our expectations.
