Complete hacks. They did the same to my family. We contracted them to build out home. They were given draws and did not use them for our home leaving us with liens from 2 different companies. They took over 275k in draws and only got thru concrete and framing them went radio silent. After months of trying to get a hold of them, they finally said they would give out money back.. nope, nothing. You've been warned. Stay far, far away@

If I could leave a negative review I would. This company has taken well over 150K from our build. They have done this with other customers as well. Many of the companies positive reviews anywhere are co-workers and friends. This is not a legit company. He will tell you what you want to hear to get your business, get the money and disappears. He deserves to to be back in jail! Do plenty of research on this company before you even consider it. I do not understand how an individual can continue to do this an not be punished. DO NOT USE Ivy Construction and DO NOT pay him upfront for anything. You will 100% regret doing that.

Contact Attorney General. The more complaints, the more likely he will be stopped and will be prosecuted personally. This will stop him from opening another business in another name and taking someone else's money. We hired him to build our dream home, he took our money and left use with an unfinished building along with many structural issues, leaks, and major problems. Since scamming us, I have found so many others.
